Our AGM
We usually hold our AGM in September each year. This gives us time for the Board to agree the accounts for the previous financial year and to put them forward for approval by members attending the AGM. The business of the AGM is straightforward:
- The Chair of the Board of Management provides their annual report of the year’s events and invites questions from members
- The Director of Finance delivers a presentation on SBHA accounts and invites questions from members. Members are then asked to vote to approve the accounts.
- Latest approved accounts can be found here.
- Shareholders are asked to approve the appointment of the financial auditors for the next annual accounts
- Finally, members are asked to vote for anyone standing for Election at the AGM and approve and Board Member appointments.
