How we work
SBHA’s Community Teams manage specific towns. Below are our current Team members, who can be contacted by calling Freephone 0800 0193 222, or by clicking on their name and filling out the enquiry form. If you don’t know the name of your Neighbourhood Housing Officer or Neighbourhood Maintenance Surveyor then you can search by town to see who covers your local area. As larger towns, Hawick and Galashiels are covered by several Officers. You can use the search facility to find the ones who are responsible for your street.
Walkabouts
One of the easiest ways to take part in decision-making in your area is to join one of our estate walkabouts. These provide you with a great opportunity to meet with your local Community Team and share your ideas to help improve your neighbourhood and shape future plans for your area.
