Current developments

Allanbank, Lauder

Twenty-seven homes, being delivered under a Section 75 agreement with Whiteburn Projects.

The homes - ranging from one-bedroom bungalows to four-bedroom family houses - have been designed on a tenure-blind basis to integrate seamlessly with the wider masterplan for Whiteburn’s Allanbank development. This approach ensures that affordable and private homes are indistinguishable in design quality, layout, and materials, supporting a cohesive and inclusive new neighbourhood.

Dingleton Road, Melrose

We're also on site at Dingleton Road in Melrose, where seven bungalows will be delivered as affordable housing, also as part of a Section 75 agreement.

Linglie Road, Selkirk

We have now broken ground on this excitng project on the edge of Selkirk, which will create 27 homes for a range of household sizes from two to foud bedrooms on the edge of Selkirk. (See artist's impression on the right).

Upcoming projects

March St., Peebles

Twelve high-quality affordable homes will be made available for rent as part of the March Street development in Peebles, due to go on-site this Winter.

The homes will be delivered as a mix of one and two bedroom flats, located in a dedicated part of the March Street site. The partnership between Whiteburn and SBHA will help meet local housing needs by providing modern, energy-efficient homes for people who want to live in Peebles, helping to meet local housing needs.

Heather Mill, Selkirk

Thank you to everyone who came along to our pre-planning events to discuss the proposed development of around 57 new at the former Heather Mill site - right opposite our Head Office! Your views have helped to inform our planning application, which is about to be submitted to SBC. We look forward to bringing you more news on this exciting development as this progresses!
