Have your say on Customer Contact with SBHA

We want to hear your views on your experience of Customer Contact with SBHA. 

As an SBHA Tenant, we are inviting you to complete a short survey to assist Scottish Borders Tenants Organisation (SBTO) in a scrutiny project relating to Customer Contact this summer.  The aim is to form recommendations to pass to SBHA to improve service and Tenant satisfaction.

Customer Contact is any form of communication between SBHA and its customers, this includes phone calls, emails, face to face, social media messages, and through contact forms on the website.

Please answer all questions as well and as honestly as you can. If you have any additional comments – please use the comment box at the end of the survey. All completed survey responses, with name and contact details, will be entered into a prize draw for a £25 shopping voucher of your choice.
