Salary Commences £20,289 pa
Full Time (35 hours per week)

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly and dynamic IT Team as our IT Helpdesk Analyst.

As IT Helpdesk Analyst, your role is to provide technical support to the SBHA Team and customers. Your key responsibilities will be to deliver excellent first line incident and problem management and resolution across our IT systems and applications; and to maintain various housekeeping tasks on the systems to ensure effective day-to-day running of the IT services.
The ideal candidate will have, as a minimum, a good understanding of a wide range of IT technologies with the determination to learn new skills and a strong desire to deliver high quality service. Experience working in a fast-paced IT support role and being an effective communicator are essential for this role.
