SBHA’s Rent and Service Charge Consultation
Come and share your views on SBHA’s Rent and Service Charges
SBHA is reviewing the way that rents and service charges are calculated. Every Tenant will have received a newsletter with the consultation survey included, and can fill in the paper copy, or scan the QR code to complete the survey online, or click here: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/ULNKLH/
We are also providing the opportunity for all Tenants to come along to one of our consultation events to hear more about this and share your opinions.

Wednesday 20th September
– 10am-12noon – Abbey Row, Kelso.
– 4:30pm-6:30pm – Heart of Hawick, Hawick.
Thursday 21st September
– 1pm-3pm – Focus Centre, Galashiels.
– 4:30pm-6:30pm – Eastgate Theatre, Peebles.
Tuesday 26th September, 6pm-8pm via Microsoft Teams – please contact Louise McNeilage to book.
SBHA will be at Rutherford Square Communal Lounge on Wednesday 20th September, 1pm-3pm (for residents only).
