The Scottish Government announced mainland Scotland is now in lockdown and we recognise this can be an anxious time for all of us, so over the next few weeks we will be providing information to keep you up to date; and also sharing some tips on health and wellbeing and just generally giving you insight into how the SBHA team is working to support tenants and the local community during lockdown.

At SBHA we are #HereForYou if you need to talk to us – we will help.  If you’re worried about paying your rent, affording bills, or other concerns contact us on enquiries@sbha.org.uk – we’re here to listen, help if we can, or offer guidance on who can support you and your family.

The lockdown restrictions mean our repairs service is severely restricted, mainly to emergencies, gas servicing and repairing empty homes.  Please be assured, in carrying out works our Team will do all they can to keep you, your home and themselves safe. Following the closure over the holidays we are currently very busy, so if you have contacted us and not heard back yet, please be patient and we will respond.
