SBHA offers a variety of ways for you to get involved and help influence decision-making that will benefit all Tenants.

- Become a Tenant Member of the Board of Management or Customer Board – your opportunity to attend meetings and influence the strategic direction of SBHA, while ensuring that customers remain at the forefront of everything we do.
- Become a Shareholder of SBHA (cost of £1) – you will be able to attend the AGM and vote for Board of Management members.
- Sign up for Surveys – complete them in the comfort of your own home.
- Attend an Estate Walkabout – meet your Neighbourhood Team and share your ideas for your area.
- Join a Policy Consultation Group – ensure SBHA customer policies are reviewed with your input.
- Join our Editorial Panel – help to design and create our quarterly Tenant Newsletter.
- Be part of a Project Team looking at Services and Performance – Scrutiny is a key part of how you can make positive changes in services for all customers.
- Meet SBTO members in your community – look out for dates and times when SBTO representatives will be coming to an area near you this Summer.
- Attend an event in person – go along to a consultation roadshow to give us your feedback and ideas for improvements.
- Meet us online at a Focus Group – let us know how you feel, you don’t even have to leave your home.
