Summer Scrutiny Project on Repairs – What’s Happening?
This summer, our annual Scrutiny project will review Scottish Borders Housing Association’s (SBHA) Repairs Service. Members of Scottish Borders Tenants Organisation (SBTO), forming a Customer Audit Team (CAT), will conduct the project with support from SBHA. The project will involve the CAT reviewing the Repairs Service and suggesting ways to help improve it so SBHA can provide a great experience for Tenants.
