You Can Cook – cooking in the community – Langlee sessions this February
SBHA is working in partnership with local company, You Can Cook to deliver the Scottish Borders Rural Food Club. Empowering people to make informed food choices, the Rural Food Club offers sessions to local communities of all ages to come together to learn about healthy eating and cooking on a budget.
You Can Cook’s Executive Director, Bosco Santimano says: “Having a healthy diet is key and the first step to leading a successful life and I am delighted to be working with SBHA to deliver these community sessions.” Sessions have taken place in Peebles last year and are happening in Langlee throughout February.
There are four free sessions for SBHA Tenants taking place at Langlee Community Centre on Mondays starting at 11am (approx. 2 hours) – 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th February.
