If you’re worried about heating your home this Winter, we can help. As well as helping you to heat your home more affordably by reducing your energy use and helping you to make sure you’re using your heating system efficiently, we can also help you to clear fuel bill arrears. So far we have helped 106 Tenants to clear their fuel debt through funding from the Scottish Government’s Fuel Debt Fund.

We can also help if you have a pre-payment meter and have been disconnected or are close to being disconnected. If you find yourself in this position, you may be eligible for vouchers from the Fuel Bank Foundation to help. During the Winter months, top-up vouchers worth £49 can be issued to help make sure you have enough credit. As a Fuel Bank partner, we can apply for these on your behalf. The vouchers are designed as an emergency top-up only, and criteria will apply. With these and with fuel debt help, we can work with you longer-term to help you find sustainable ways to budget and save money..
