We’re starting to let homes again

Good afternoon everyone! As you know, when lockdown began, we had to temporarily suspend the advertising and allocation of homes. We appreciate that being unable to move home has been frustrating for many of you, and we are delighted to confirm that we are now advertising again.

Because we have only been able to repair properties that were let to house-holds that urgently needed to move, not all of our properties are ready to be re-let at the moment. We’re now prioritising these, but this will take some time, as we are still complying with Scottish Government Guidelines and only letting a certain number of team members into our homes at once. We’d like to thank you for your patience.

In line with our commitment to Tenant and team safety, we are offering alternative viewing arrangements, which means that when you want to view a home, we may offer you a link to a video of the home, or show you the home via a live video call with a Neighbourhood Housing Officer.
