Welcome to our new Tenant Engagement Assistant

Welcome to Izzy Folan, who has joined us for the Summer as a Tenant Engagement Assistant. Izzy will be working alongside Tenants on our Customer Audit Team on this year’s Scrutiny project, reviewing an aspect of SBHA’s service standards and providing recommendations for improvement.

Izzy says: “I’m really excited to meet people and get started on this project, to help improve services for Tenants.”
