Tenant surveys with BMG – your chance to have your say
We employ the independent customer-opinion research company, BMG Research to contact our Tenants, on our behalf so you can have your say about the services we provide. Every landlord in Scotland carries out these surveys to give Tenants a voice.
You may receive a phone call from them, inviting you to take part in a phone or email survey. These are not marketing contacts but a survey which allows us to take on board your feedback. Your participation is optional and all views are anonymous to SBHA – the survey is completely confidential.
