Scrutiny is just one way that you can get involved at SBHA. Since 2015, a total of 8 scrutiny projects have been carried out by SBTO’s Customer Audit Teams, with support from SBHA’s Tenant & Community Engagement team. These projects have highlighted improvement recommendations from Tenants that SBHA has implemented and continues to do so, to help improve services and Tenant satisfaction.
