Scrutiny: CAT out and about in your communities

This summer the Customer Audit Team (CAT) has been carrying out a scrutiny project on SBHA’s Neighbourhood Standards.
The CAT has been busy meeting in the office, and out and about in your communities over the last few weeks. The Tenant team is looking at how SBHA deliver services for customers.
Thank you to all Tenants and residents who have taken the time to speak to us so far – your feedback is important to us.
