SBHA Inspiring Young People
SKILLSQUEST 2025
SBHA’s HR Business Partner Carole and Tenant & Community Engagement Facilitator Louise were delighted to return to SKILLSQUEST this year to deliver Communication Skills workshops for S2-S3 secondary school students across the Scottish Borders.
The event, organised by Developing the Young Workforce – Borders, took place earlier this week at Lilliardsedge Holiday Park. SBHA’s sessions ran on Monday and Tuesday, offering a mix of fun and thought-provoking activities to help young people strengthen their communication and listening skills. They also learned about the variety of roles within the housing sector.
It was fantastic to be part of such an inspiring event alongside other organisations and partners, all supporting and sharing valuable skills with the next generation.
