SBHA and Waverley Housing Tenants team up for Stonefield Community Litter Pick

SBHA and Waverley Housing joined forces with Tenants for a community litter-pick in Stonefield, Hawick last week. The event, suggested by Tenants, aimed to improve the local environment and strengthen community spirit.

SBHA team members Louise, Jonathan, Kaitlyn, and Alex joined Craig and Rebecca from Waverley Housing, along with local residents and Councillor Annette Smart who all gathered several bags of rubbish from the area. Together, they made a noticeable difference, leaving Stonefield cleaner and more inviting. Thank you to Councillor Jane Cox for dropping off some well-needed refreshments.

Thank you to everyone who took part and contributed to the success of the litter pick. Your efforts have made a positive impact on your neighbourhood.

Stay tuned for more updates and upcoming community events.
