Repairs Service Update
We recently re-introduced our non-emergency repairs service, which had been suspended to comply with national Covid-19 restrictions. We are currently working our way through the backlog of non-emergency repairs, prioritising these according to the level of urgency and the needs of the individual household.
Because of this, waiting times for repairs are longer than normal. This is particularly the case for joinery works, but we are working with our procured contractors to address the backlog of works created during lockdown. Please be assured that we will be in contact with you as soon as a slot becomes available to complete your repair.
You can report a non-emergency repair using the Report-a-Repair form on the SBHA website – www.sbha.org.uk – or by calling 01750 724444. It is not currently possible to book repairs via our Customer App, but we are working on this and will have it up and running again as soon as we can.
