Our new Tenant Satisfaction Survey with Research Resource is now underway
SBHA is delighted to announce that our new Tenant Satisfaction Survey provider is Research Resource Scotland Ltd.
SBHA uses an independent provider to carry out regular surveys to help determine how satisfied Tenants are with our services. This gives us the information we need to keep improving, making the changes that you, our customers, want to see.
Research Resource is based in Glasgow and was created in 2004. With almost 20 years’ experience in delivering market research projects, especially within the Scottish housing sector, their consultants have an established track record of providing a first-class and friendly service.
Our latest survey is now underway. If you receive an invitation, please consider taking part – your feedback helps us to improve. Research Resource team members will call from 0141 code areas and numbers are not withheld.
