We’re excited to share that we’ve partnered with Lightning Reach to pilot a free portal that helps people access financial grants from charities, councils, and other sources. We know that many of you, our Tenants and customers, are struggling with rising costs and may be eligible for support.

The Lightning Reach portal makes it quick and easy for you to find and apply for a wide range of support schemes, all in one place. This includes:

• Grants and financial aid – Access support from charities, councils, and other organisations.
• Help with essential costs – Including energy bills, rent, and day-to-day expenses.
• Practical support – Funding for household essentials like white goods and home adaptations.
• Expert advice – Guidance on managing debt, cutting energy costs, and more.
