Improvements to your home
Our Spring newsletter introduced you to our new Assets Team, who are responsible for delivering the programme of investment to your homes.
We’re now planning ahead for the year 2024-25, when we will be working mainly in the following areas:
• Central Galashiels
• Melrose, Newstead, Darnick, Gattonside and Bowden
• Clovenfords, Stow, Fountainhall, Heriot
• Innerleithen, Traquair and Walkerburn
• Lauder and Oxton
If you live in one of these areas, you may have received a letter inviting you to contact us to make an appointment to have a survey carried out in your home at a time that’s suitable for you.
It’s really important that if you receive a letter, you contact us as soon as you can to arrange your survey appointment. The survey will allow us to assess the condition of your home to determine whether any work, for example a new kitchen or bathroom, is needed for your home.
