We’d like to thank everyone once again for their patience over the last few days. Teams have been working throughout the weekend to support Tenants affected by burst pipes due to adverse weather conditions, finding alternative accommodation where needed.

We’re still receiving a high volume of calls, and call times may be longer than normal. We’re continuing to prioritise emergency repairs. If you have a non-emergency repair, we will be with you as soon as we can.
