Scottish Water has reported a huge rise in burst water pipes across Scotland, due to the recent freezing weather and rapid thaw afterwards. At SBHA we are continuing to experience an unusually high number of calls to our out-of-hours service due to the current conditions.

Extra team members have been on hand to help, and have been working throughout the weekend, supporting people with frozen or burst pipes.

Please be aware that call times are likely to be longer than normal. Thank you again for your patience – we will be with you as soon as we can.
