#HereForYou – our check-in calls

Lockdown restrictions over the past 10 months have meant that we’ve not been able to deliver some of our services in the usual way. But we’re still very much here, and we understand that right now, in a new lockdown, things may be particularly tough for many people.

Last year we made more than 4,500 check-in calls, just getting in touch with you to make sure that you’re ok. We’re now stepping these up again, making contact with as many of you as we can just to make sure that you’re ok, and to see if there’s anything that we can do to help.
