Galashiels East Community Clean-Up
Looking after Langlee!
Last Friday, Kelly Mitchell, SBHA Neighbourhood Housing Officer for Langlee, joined a team of volunteers at the Galashiels East Community Clean-Up event. This was organised by the newly formed committee. Kelly alongside Fiona Munro, Local Area Co-ordinator for the Eildon Area, concentrated their efforts in the Langlee area, where SBHA has over 500 homes.
It was fantastic to see the community come together to tidy up streets and green spaces, make a positive impact, and connect with neighbours – all helping to maintain Langlee and Galashiels East as a great place to live. Well done to everyone who attended and supported this community event.
