Community Engagement – out and about in your local area!

Earlier this week, Neighbourhood Housing Officer Kaye Forsyth and Tenant & Community Engagement Facilitator Louise McNeilage, visited Burnfoot Community Hub in Hawick.
They were there to discuss opportunities to work together with Coreen Knight, Community Learning & Development Worker (Adult & Family Learning) with Scottish Borders Council, and Carly Jeffrey, Administration & Project Support Officer with Burnfoot Community Futures.
While there, Kaye and Louise had a tour of the fantastic Community Garden – it’s a brilliant facility for all residents in the area. Well done and thank you to Joyce Short, Community Engagement Supervisor, and all of the team and volunteers at the Hub and Burnfoot Community Futures.
