Changes at SBHA – we’re open!

Following the Scottish Government’s changes to the Covid-19 restrictions, we are delighted to report that the doors are now open again at our Head Office in Selkirk. We thank all of you for your patience over the 2 years of Covid-19 restrictions. The Post Office opening date will also be announced shortly.

For many of our repairs and neighbourhood Teams, the doors have been open every day over these past 2 years, as they have been working in Tenants’ homes and out in our communities.

To comply with the Scottish Government requirements Health and Safety measures remain in place when coming in to see us, or when we come to Tenants’ homes. This is to keep you and your family safe as well as our Teams; and, we thank you for your continued support.

So before we come to your home you must carry out a Lateral Flow test. If visiting us at Head Office you will have to social distance, wear a mask and use the sanitiser provided. To help us keep everyone safe, we’re asking customers to stick to a one-in-one-out rule at Reception in Head Office.
