A message from our Director of Property Services, Caroline Purcell

“After a year in which we’ve had to postpone non-essential services due to lockdown restrictions, to keep people safe and reduce the transmission of the virus, the good news is that we’re getting back up and running. We’re really pleased to be able to begin rolling out non-emergency repairs and planned works in your homes. You can report non-emergency repairs to us via our website or by giving us a call.

Our challenge now is to catch up with almost a year’s worth of work. At the moment, we are prioritising back-logs – those repairs that were reported to us before and during lockdown, and planned upgrades that have been delayed. Our promise to you is that we will keep you informed about what’s happening, on Facebook, here on our website and in our newsletters.

As you’d expect, waiting times are longer than normal just now. What we ask of you is that you continue to be patient as we work to get everything back on track. We really appreciate your understanding and support.”

You can report a non-emergency repair using the Report-a-Repair form on the SBHA website – www.sbha.org.uk – or by calling 01750 724444.

IF YOUR REPAIR IS AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 0800 0193 222.

IF YOU SMELL GAS OR SUSPECT A GAS LEAK, PLEASE CALL 0800 111 999 IMMEDIATELY.
