Winner of our rent consultation prize
In November we visited 16 locations across the Borders, phoned 180 Tenants and received 82 response to our paper survey. Everyone who took part in the survey was entered into a draw to win a £100 voucher, and the winner was Mr Quarry of Langlee.
Mr Quarry was delighted with his voucher, explaining that he went along to his local roadshow to give his views and to find out more about what was going on in his area. He also likes the opportunity to meet with staff face to face and get to know his local community team.
All Tenants receive letters before the end of March which tells them what their rent will be for the coming year.
