Social Distancing Arrangement and SBHA Office’s closed to the Public

SBHA Office Closures to the Public: Following Government advice, we have implemented home working arrangements and social distancing across our offices.  We have taken the difficult decision to close the Post Office within Head Office and as of close today (3.45pm) we will close the offices to the public to restrict levels of non-essential visits.   Alternative channels for service delivery remain open such as telephone, email and social media.  Thank you to our dedicated teams for their continued support and commitment to keeping the services running for as long as possible at this difficult time.  We will continue to keep this under review and keep you informed.

SBHA will continue to provide as many of our normal services as possible and our teams will be available on 01750 724444 if you have any worries or concerns.  If you are an SBHA Tenant and you or a member of your household is self-isolating, please call or email us to let us know. 

If you are worried about what to do next, worried about finances, or any other concern, please give us a call, we may be able to talk things through with you and offer advice or help you find the advice you need.
