Our repairs service

Due to the restrictions currently in place, we are only able to carry out emergency repairs. When you call to book a repair, we will ask you a few questions to make sure that it’s safe for us to come to your home. When we come out to see you, we will ask the questions again, just in case anything has changed.

It’s very important that you and any other members of the household stay in another room while the repair is being carried out – this enables us to maintain our social distancing measures. Our operatives will also wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your protection, and theirs. Thank you for your help. #hereforyou
