We have had a lovely message from one of our Tenants, who contacted us to say: “Thank you so much for the phone call today. I am on 12 week shielding stay at home so this kind of contact is great – thank you so much.”
Over the past few weeks, we have made contact with all of our Tenants who are aged 75 or over, as well as many Tenants who are shielding, to check how they are doing and to see if they need any extra support. For those who have said it would be helpful to them, we have arranged to call back each week.
Remember – we may not be able to get out to see you, but we are here to support all of our Tenants through these strange times, whether you need help getting shopping or prescriptions, or advice on accessing benefits. We have spoken to more than 3,000 of you over the past four weeks, and we aim to have made contact with all of you in the weeks to come.
