Tenants Information Day

SBHA's Seventh Annual General Meeting
The venue for this meeting is SBHA’s Head Office, South Bridge House, Whinfield Road, Selkirk, and the evening’s events will begin at 7.00pm. Tea, coffee and a light buffet will be provided.

SBHA Tenants Survey Themselves....and like the results!
Overall, the 2006 survey showed that 90% of SBHA Tenants were content (very satisfied or fairly satisfied) with the Association as their landlord.

Stonefield Makeover Gathers Pace
The new gas heating was made possible by funding from Scottish Borders Council which covered the cost of installing a new gas main into the estate, which was previously all-electric.

SBHA appoints new Director of Technical Services
Duncan has been with SBHA for 6 years, having joined the Association as Planned Maintenance Manager in August 2002, and then advancing first of all to be Head of Technical Services and, since 2007, Director of Technical Services.

Inspiring the next generation?
Each pupil then had a turn, and with more plaster ending up on the floor than on the frame, it soon became evident to the class that plastering isn't as easy as it looks and depends on speed and technique.

SHAREHOLDING MEMBERS - SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF SBHA
The meeting is to seek Shareholding Members’ approval to changing SBHA’s Rules, with the intention of further improving the Association’s governance arrangements by extending the involvement and increasing the responsibility of locally-elected members.
