INFORMATION ON SBHA SERVICES, (AS AT SUNDAY 10TH JANUARY 2010 AT 6.00PM)
All SBHA Area Offices and Head Office are scheduled to be open for business on Monday 11th January, although opening times to the public may vary if there is further snow overnight which requires clearing from doorways etc.

ALL SBHA TENANTS - SBHA REPAIRS LINE AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS
There is still no Emergency Repairs Service due to the condition of the roads in the housing estates and the continuing low temperatures.

SBHA's Area Offices at Church Street, Galashiels and West Port, Hawick, as well as the Head Office at South Bridge St, Selkirk, will be open for business today, Friday 8th January, from 10.00am till 3.00pm. All SBHA staff who are able to travel are asked

ALL SBHA TENANTS - 6PM UPDATE - SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE
The position remains the same as earlier today, with SBHA's Repairs Service suspended due to the condition of the Borders roads and the continuing severely cold weather.

SBHA confirms that it is still not possible to provide a Repairs Service or Housing Management Service (allocations, home visits etc) on Thursday 7th January 2010, due to the continuing cold weather emergency.

Going Away at Christmas? - Don't Forget to Drain Down!
If you are going away from home over the winter, perhaps to visit friends or family, or go on holiday, then SBHA offers a free drain-down service which will safeguard your home from burst pipes etc., should there be a severe frost while you are away.

"STRINGS ALOUD" AT SBHA'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING!
SBHA's 7th AGM was held on 28th September 2009, and Shareholding Members came along to hear not only about the year's achievements, but to be royally entertained by a string quartet from the Scottish Borders Community Orchestra.
