Following an extensive tender process, the building supply company Travis Perkins has secured a 5 year deal to supply SBHA with repairs goods and materials, a contract worth over 4 million pounds.

Waverley Housing and Scottish Borders Housing Association announce over £5 Million Investment in Borders Town
Joint working between two of the Borders’ social housing providers has led to approval being granted by The Scottish Government for regeneration and improvement works at Stonefield, Hawick. The area contains 25 low-rise blocks of 205 flats.

Joint "Help with Money" Project
Help is soon to become available to tenants of Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) and Waverley Housing after funding of almost £13,000 was successfully secured from the Scottish Government’s Wider Role Fund.
