MESSAGE FOR SBHA TENANTS

SBHA's Tradesmen have been working flat out this week to deal with the aftermath of frozen and burst pipes, and loss of heating which affected a large number of properties. By the end of this week, we expect to have dealt with all the Emergency calls we received and can start to attend non-emergencies.

SBHA will contact every Tenant who has reported a repair, to arrange an appointment for our Tradesmen. Please don't worry if they are sometimes a wee bit late as the roads and pavements within estates are still very tricky.

SBHA would like to thank all Tenants for their patience during this past week, and to Radio Borders for keeping them up to speed.
