ALL SBHA TENANTS - SBHA REPAIRS LINE AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS

There is still no Emergency Repairs Service due to the condition of the roads in the housing estates and the continuing low temperatures. SBHA's Freephone Repairs Line is taking calls and all Repairs are being recorded. Once we have our Maintenance fleet back in operation, SBHA will contact Tenants to arrange their work. Please be patient - we will get to all Tenants with outstanding repairs at the first possible opportunity. Tenants who have already reported a Repair - please do not call again, as we have the information we need, and the lines need to be clear for new emergency inquiries.
