Report a Repair

Reporting a Repair - if you want to report a repair, there are options for you:

  • Freephone 08000 193 222;
  • Call into any SBHA local office;
  • Email repairs service.

SBHA operates an appointment system for Repairs and you will be asked your preferred time of day e.g. morning or afternoon, outwith the school run, etc. The tradesman will call at your house within the agreed period.

It is very important to note that, if you are out when the tradesman calls, you will have to report the repair again to get the job re-scheduled. If there is an emergency and you do have to go out, please call 08000 193 222.

Should you smell gas, please call 0800 111 999 immediately. Keep this number in a readily accessible place.

To help SBHA improve its Repairs Service, Tenants will receive a Satisfaction Slip every time a repair is carried out in their home. Those Tenants who return the Satisfaction Slips are entered into a monthly £25 prize draw for ASDA vouchers.
