Annual General Meeting - Calling All Shareholders of Scottish Borders Housing Association!

The AGM will take place on Monday 27^th August 2007 at SBHA's Head Office in Selkirk.  Use your voting papers (which will be posted to Shareholders direct) to elect the Tenant or Independent Members.  The results will be announced on the election night at the AGM.  The elected Members will then serve on SBHA's Board of Management. 

All new Board Members will receive training so they understand what their role is and how they can be most effective.  Later this year, SBHA will be issuing Nomination forms for the Area Board elections.  Area Boards focus specifically on SBHA's local services and performance.
