Provision of services to Tenants

From 1st July 2007, SBHA's services to Tenants will be delivered via two separate staff Departments.  Up to now, there has been one Operational Services Department, covering all aspects of Housing Management and Maintenance.  From July 1st, the new Technical Services Department of SBHA will be responsible for Repairs, Gas Servicing, Adaptations, Cyclical Maintenance, Planned Maintenance/Modernisation, Regeneration and New-Build.  Duncan Mackay is SBHA's Director of Technical Services.

A new Housing Services Department, under Director of Housing Sue Parker, will be responsible for House Lettings, Estates Management, responding to Anti-Social Behaviour, Rent Collection and Housing Advice.
