Your Rent

SBHA Tenants have the option to pay their rent using the following methods:

• By Direct Debit or Standing Order;
• allpay.net website using your credit or debit card;
• In all retail outlets with PayZone or Paypoint symbols;
• By phone on 0845 241 1747 using a credit or debit card;
• At the Post Office;
• At any Local Area Office.

A member of SBHA's staff will be pleased to visit you at home if you wish, or you can come to any one of our offices.

All discussion about your rent or financial circumstances will be completely confidential.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you find you are getting behind with your rent, remember that the Association can set up a payment plan for you to enable the debt to be managed.
