SBHA Improvement Programme

All SBHA homes are surveyed to assess the condition of key elements e.g. windows, kitchens, bathrooms, central heating etc.

The Association has developed a Programme of homes to be improved over the next few years.  This Programme is based on priorites, i.e. the homes in the poorest condition are completed first.

The Scottish Borders Tenants Organisation (SBTO) regularly visit SBHA's suppliers and manufacturers of kitchen units, bathroom fittings, doors, fires and fireplaces, to satisfy themselves of the quality of materials and workmanship.
