We have commissioned BMG Research to carry out surveys on our behalf. From Monday 11th February when you phone in to the Solutions Team, you will be asked at the start of the call whether you would be happy to give feedback. If you are happy to do this, you may receive a call later in the day to ask you a few brief questions about the service you received from the Solutions Team.
BMG will also be calling some customers who have had a repair completed at their home, to find out what they thought of the repairs service that they received. Both surveys are automated.
