The SBHA Solutions Team was rolled out in October 2016 to give Customers a one-stop contact point for calling into SBHA. As part of our drive to continually improve the customer experience, following a consultation on proposals to extend our telephone opening hours, we are delighted to announce the launch of a pilot from Monday 6th August.

For the next month the Solutions Team phone lines will be open from 7.45am until 6pm Monday to Thursday and from 7.45am until 3.45pm on Fridays. During the pilot we will monitor take up and customer feedback. If the pilot is successful we will continue with the new revised hours for customers contacting SBHA.
