We are delighted to announce today the re-launch of our HomeChoice portal which allows customers to register and bid for homes of their choice on-line. Our choice based lettings system allows customers to make up to five bids each week for homes advertised on the portal. SBHA’s Customer Services Manager and her Team held a series of workshops with customers to find out what they think of the system, what can be improved and where we can make things user-friendly. Feedback from customers had helped us to develop a more user-friendly and accessible design, with improved “how to” guidance making the overall process of applying for our homes easier. The customer focus group have ensured we removed all the jargon and developed a range of icons and links to improve access to key areas of information.

This kind of customer feedback is part of SBHA’s Customer-Back approach, where we put our customer’s first and focus on their customer experience. The revamped HomeChoice portal will go live on Tuesday 26th June.”
