Non-Executive Board Member Opportunities
Providing affordable social-rented homes to over 5,600 Tenants and employing 200 Staff, SBHA has an annual turnover in excess of £21 Million. This year, we will invest over £16 Million in Tenants’ homes, including our new build and regeneration programme.
We are currently recruiting: our Board Members come from all walks of life and have a range of skills and expertise. Are you passionate about communities, creating great places to live, and providing excellent customer and Tenant services?
People who have strategic experience in Construction, Development, or Housing are sought.
We actively promote Equalities at SBHA and welcome applicants who reflect the diversity of our communities, allowing for a balance of Board representation. Board Member posts are non-paid but costs are reimbursed.
