Allocations workshop helps to shape how we let homes

Customer Services Manager Gill Binnie and her Team have been consulting with a group of Tenants to talk about how we allocate our homes, to see from a customer’s perspective whether there is anything we can do better.

The photos below were taken at the focus group meeting, and show Tenants working with the Team to make changes to what we do. Their feedback and the changes they have suggested will form part of the review of the Allocations Policy and how we let our homes, with their feedback directly improving the service we provide.
